Made up of a hollow shell and a mandrel, their installation is straightforward: drill a fitting hole, insert the rivet, pull the mandrel with a gun to expand the shell, and once the mandrel breaks at the pre - set point, a firm joint is formed.

Blind rivets, also known as pop rivets, are single-sided fasteners ideal for applications where access is limited to one side of the material. Each rivet consists of a hollow body and a mandrel. During installation using a rivet gun, the mandrel is pulled through the body, causing the shell to expand and securely join the materials. Once the fastening is complete, the mandrel snaps off.
